We perform inspections on all types of homes from single story block, two story wood frame and mobile homes also. If your home has a space we’ll inspect it, from the crawl space underneath to the attic space above, no space is too challenging for us.

This comprehensive inspection covers from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. This type of inspection is recommended for all home buyers looking to get a detailed inspection of the home they are looking to purchase or a home that will be listed for sale by the current owner.
WDO Inspection
WDO Inspection
A WDO (Wood Damaging Organisms) inspection is performed by a licensed pest control inspector to assess and report any visible and accessible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms.
4 Point Inspection
4 Point Inspection
A “Four Point Inspection” focuses on four main areas of a home: •HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) •Electrical wiring and panels •Plumbing connections and fixtures •Roof The inspection and report describes the condition and age of these elements. This type of inspection is commonly required by insurance companies on homes over 30 years old.

A roof inspection may be required by an insurance company if the roof covering (shingles, barrel tile or metal) of the home are over 15 years old.

Wind Mitigation Inspection
The wind mitigation inspection can provide a discount on the homeowners insurance for the current or future owner. This inspection analyzes specific areas of the home that are designed to resist excessive wind pressures.
Water Testing
Water Testing
A water test consists of taking a sample of the homes water supply and having it tested and analyzed by a testing facility for any chemicals our harmful substances.

As a State Licensed Insurance agent we also have the ability to offer our
clients assistance in the area of obtaining Home owners Insurance from reputable companies in the area.  We can also, as State Certified Contractors, guide our clients with estimates from local subcontractors to assist in the areas that may require necessary repairs.
 
 
Results:
We understand that your time is valuable. Once the inspection has been completed we will enter all of our findings into a report complete with photos and explanations that will show you specifically any issues that  were found on the exterior and interior of the home. When you receive a copy of the report we will gladly take the time to answer any questions that you may have about the results of the inspection and guide you with any additional decisions that may need to be made.
